Amazon Prime Video is Pretty Terrible - Adam Rants Movies

I went all-in on Amazon Prime Video and I have no idea why. Sure, it's nice to have access to purchased videos on multiple devices but the lack of features so many years later is really starting to get frustrating. Not only that but taking away features such as downloading purchased videos is plain wrong. No real sorting, display options or any real customization makes Amazon Prime Video a hugely disappointing service.
