Ingredients: 1 Onion Chopped 1 Tablespoon Minced garlic 2 cups mashed potatoes fresh or leftover 2 Large eggs at room temperature 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour 1/4 Teaspoon salt 1/4 Teaspoon ground pepper 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder How to make it: Please watch the whole video for full instructions. When frying the onions and garlic add 2 tablespoons non salted butter With a small drizzle of olive oil so the butter will not burn. Spray the waffle maker with cooking oil. Scoop 1/4 cup of the potato batter into the waffle maker. When making them on the waffle maker, they will cook for approximately 5 minutes or until you see they are lightly golden in color.
