"A patient with advanced chronic liver disease secondary to primary sclerosing cholangitis presents with an image of a hypoattenuating area in the right hepatic lobe which, in the context of wasting syndrome and progressive increase in CA 19-9, is suspicious for cholangiocarcinoma. However, histopathological examinations performed showed no evidence of neoplastic disease."
