Topics to be covered (Sports Law): 1. Institutional Organization of Sport Legislation and regulations applicable to Physical and Sporting Activities (PSA). Structure of the Sports Code and delegation of power to sports federations (FFF, LFP). Regulatory and disciplinary powers of sports bodies and appeal procedures (prior conciliation before the CNOSF, CAS). 2. Regulations relating to sports agents Status and conditions of access to the profession of agent (license, incompatibilities, disqualifications). The sports agent mandate contract (written form, mandatory clauses, maximum duration of 2 years). Agent remuneration: legal cap (10%), calculation basis and rules prohibiting dual mandates/conflicts of interest. Illegal practice of the profession and disciplinary/criminal sanctions. Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) Obligations: due diligence obligations, identification of the beneficial owner, and reporting to TRACFIN. 3. Anti-Doping Legal and regulatory framework (World Anti-Doping Code, role of the French Anti-Doping Agency - AFLD). Definition of anti-doping rule violations and distinction between specified and non-specified substances (burden of proof). Control procedures, disciplinary sanctions, and mitigating/aggravating circumstances (absence of fault, substantial assistance). 4. Sports Betting Regulations Prohibitions affecting sports stakeholders (players, coaches, managers, agents). Prevention of conflicts of interest, match-fixing, and applicable sanctions.
