JASMINE GUY SPILLS ALL THE ‘A DIFFERENT WORLD’ TEA

She’s now starring on the SyFy channel show Superstition, but Jasmine Guy first made it big playing Southern belle Whitley on A Different World. Guy stopped by Dish Nation and of course we couldn’t help but ask her a slew of questions about the ’80s sitcom. She revealed where she thinks Whitley and Dwayne Wayne (Kadeem Hardison) would be today, whch cast members she still keeps it touch with and if there’s a chance of a reboot for the Hillman gang. The actress also made a foray into music in the ’90s and Brat was a huge fan. The two then broke out into a choreographed number to Guy’s R&B hit “Try Me.” It’s a must see.
