Yorkshire Classic New Years Day Trial 2023 Haworth

Video of the Yorkshire Classic New Year's Day trial 2023 held at Haworth. After an early downpour, the sun shone across the valley over the heads of the 30 riders. 10 sections were set by John Feather and John Dykes on the slippery grass banks and rocky outcrops. The slippy cambers at Section 9 were the biggest mark takers along with section 8. Surprisingly the big hill at 10 took very few marks but the sound of the Triumph twins reverberating across the valley was a pleasure to behold. To their credit, Mick Clarke, Katie Ward (Ariels), Tony Calvert (Cub) and David Wilkinson (Rigid Bantam) went clear all day. An enjoyable event with almost £300 being raised for the Club's charities. Thanks to the everyone involved for making the event a success.
