Spicy chicken kebab that's BETTER than the takeaway

A spicy chicken kebab that's loaded with juicy chicken thighs, hot sauce and a quick simple yoghurt dressing that takes seconds to make. Listen, we know how it goes down. You stumble home from the pub (well not at the minute though!) and you peer through the glass window of a kebab shop, eye's squinting from the bright lights, and you make the executive decision the get a kebab. Invariably with way too much chilli sauce, and most of it ends up on the pavement and in your bed, or worse...both. My spicy chicken kebab is fresh, tasty and considerably cheaper than a kebab from the takeaway. You can mix it up as well, and use lamb or steak instead of chicken. You could put different salads in your chicken kebab, it's up to you! I am just here to show you how easy they are to make at home. To make my spicy chicken kebabs you will need: Makes 2 kebabs To marinade the chicken ►4 large skinless, boneless chicken thighs ►About 4-5 tbsp of Greek yoghurt ►Juice of half a lemon ►3 cloves of minced garlic ►1 tbsp of hot sauce (use more or less depending on the sauce you use!) For the yoghurt sauce ►4 tbsp of Greek yoghurt ►Juice of half a lemon ►About 1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander ►A small bunch of chopped mint leaves ►Salt ►A pinch of sugar (about 1/2 tsp) ►Feta cheese for the topping ►2 pre made sourdough pizza bases, or use tortillas, pittas it's up to you! Serve the kebabs with salad of you choice. I used lettuce, tomato and onions.
