IndustrialCraft 2 Nuclear Reactor Tutorial! [for Minecraft 1.12.2]

In this tutorial I explain most of the available components (fuel rods, heat vents and heat exchangers) for nuclear reactors and how they function. I then show a few viable reactor designs and even blow up a reactor (as a cautionary tale!). IMPORTANT!!: While describing the Reactor Heat Exchanger, I repeatedly say that the Reactor Heat Exchanger needs to be beside heat vents to function. This is wrong. They need to be beside at least one other heat exchanger (that is NOT a Reactor Heat Exchanger) that will then be able to carry the heat to heat vents to be dissipated. Sorry for the confusion.
