Highway Star / Deep Purple covered by Togi (one man) I tried fusing traditional Japanese Gagaku instruments with Western guitars and other instruments. This is a collaboration between the East and the West, and between ancient and modern times. These Japanese instruments are used in Gagaku, a form of Japanese music that has a history of over 1,000 years. The instruments playing the vocal parts are called hichiriki. The many pipe instruments in the intro are called sho.
