This week, I bring you along on my first trip to the Danish city, Odense. We'll spend a day at the Hans Christian Andersen Hus - one of the most incredible children's museums I've ever seen. We'll also visit Hans Christian's childhood home. We'll grab some dinner at Storms Pakhus aka Odense Streetfood, and brunch at Den Lille Smalle. Finally, we'll take a long walk with the dogs through the Hollufgård nature reserve and sculpture park. If you're new to the channel, hi!
