Roll tie ½ of an un-inflated 260S to each foil. Set aside. Inflate the 11" Deluxe Black balloons to 8.5" (30 pumps). Tie into two duplets and twist into a quad. Inflate the 11" Deluxe Fuchsia balloons to 8.5" (30 pumps). Tie into two duplets and twist into a quad. Inflate the 11" Fashion Red balloons to 8.5" (30 pumps). Tie into two duplets and twist into a quad. Using the necks of the balloons, attach the quads from steps 2-4 together in shown order. Tie on the weight under the black quad. Using the uninflated 260S from step 1, tie the large foil balloon to the top of the stacked quads (pull 260S at least 2 quads down and tie). Inflate the 5" balloons to various sizes and form into quads. Be sure to disperse the colors. Tie the end of ½ of an un-inflated 260S onto a quad. Tie the second quad on the other end of the 260S. Stretch and twist into the column, arranging as shown. Using the 260S from step 2, add the foil heart balloon into the upper 5" quad. Tie to secure. If needed, use ¼ of a uGlu strip to secure the foil heart upright to the raccoon.
