Making an Angelic Pretty dress from Gothic & Lolita Bible

Welcome again! This took longer than I wanted, but pandemic times don't help. This time I'll be showing how I made the blue Angelic Pretty dress that appears in the magazine Gothic & Lolita Bible Extra 2. Don't forget to turn on the captations so you can read. This isn't really a tutorial, it's more of a sew along, but I do explain what I did if you want to follow. I think the end result is really pretty and I can't wait to use it outside!
