Two months into recovering from my A4 pulley tear, I realized the biggest challenge wasn't rebuilding finger strength...it was rebuilding confidence. In Part 2 of this mini series, we'll chat about my A4 pulley recovery progress, including returning to outdoor bouldering, reintroducing half crimp hangboard training, weighted dead hangs, climbing on slopers and granite slabs, and the mental side of recovering from a climbing finger injury.
