The SPIKE Precision Tactical Guided Missiles Family is a dependable and versatile weapon system that offers precision strikes through advanced technology, without compromising on reliability or cost-effectiveness, with a unit cost of approximately $210,000. It is designed by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and manufactured by several other companies, including EUROSPIKE GmbH, Diehl Defence, Rheinmetall Defence Electronics, and ST Engineering Singapore. The design process began in the late 1970s, and production has been ongoing since the early 1980s, with the Spike NLOS being the first model to enter production.
