Malpractice Depositions: Defendant's ER Doctor
Part 2 of 3 of a deposition of defendant's emergency room physician in a medical malpractice case leg amputation case at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. This was a pretty open and shut case. Yet defense lawyers always seem to be able to find a smooth, articulate, and extremely qualified doctor that can articulate some reason why the doctor was not negligent. It is so easy to find doctors who will defend doctors. The jury came back pretty quickly with a $5.2 million verdict.
