Everything here is for funs) “Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭16‬:‭24‬ ‭ESV‬‬ MY TESTIMONY I’d like to share what God has done in my life so everyone can understand just why He’s so life-changing. Growing up, I lived in a house that believed in God, so I was introduced to Him at a young age. Not that it really mattered, because although I identified as a “Christian,” I still lived like a sinner and I was one. I wanted so badly to be accepted by my friends, when looking back, they weren’t even my friends. But I wanted what they had: freedom, drinking, talking to guys, things I had none of. Nor could I get to. I was the “ugly” friend, which made me really insecure and hate my features. On top of that, boy trouble made me really depressed. Even so, I prayed every night to God. Although I wasn’t saved and wasn’t living for Jesus, I was still in a space where I believed in Him. So I prayed. I would often cry about my life and how depressed I was, and prayer became a way of escape in a sense. I felt better immediately after I prayed, so much so that sometimes I wouldn’t pray because I wanted to stay sad. 😭 But God brought me out of that darkness and self-loathing. Once I realised how dark and broken my life was, I gave my life to God and told Him I would follow Him, and I did. Since then, I’ve followed Him, and let me tell you, He changed my life. I was so full of self-hatred, but God helped me love myself. I was so full of pride and ego, and God helped me love others. I had so much resentment toward my family, and God helped me love them. Now I understand how blessed I am to have the them around me. God has changed my life and continues to change it to this day. I’m telling you, God will do a miracle in your life. Put your faith in Him and be saved, you will never be the same. HOW TO FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST!! {Want to get to know Jesus Christ, and don’t know where to start? The prayer of Salvation is a great way to begin! This prayer helps you to let go of yourself and let God, no matter what your going through, no matter how hard or dark it is there’s always an answer and that is Jesus. Pray the prayer and accept God into your life, and feel a change in your life that can only occur through the supernatural. “Dear Heavenly Father, I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is your son, that He died for my sins and rose again. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord, I repent of my sins and invite You into my heart and my life as my Lord and Saviour. Thank You for saving me in Jesus name… Amen!” If you follow God with all your heart, mind and soul nothing will be impossible and life will be something that’s exciting and not a tedious repetitive cycle.}
