AMERICAN'S FIRST CUCUMBER SANDWICH: Englishman Helps His American Lass Live Her English Dream!

Andy is from England and I'm from America so sure, we get into culture discussions often but this shows a small sampling of our every day life together . . . except here I live out one of my British dreams: I'm eating my first cucumber sandwich! Listen, for Americans, this sandwich is totally hyped up -- We know posh English eat the cucumber sandwich so it must be something super duper special. So did it live up to the hype? Here is my reaction . . . Let us know what you think about this diverted path in our Cortez restoration, too -- We were leery creating this video because it is not about our steel beast (which we undoubtedly still love and will have more on its process, by the way) but we wanted to bring a hopefully shorter, lighter-hearted video that gives you a look into the lives of an international couple. We met in search of a hiking and backpacking partner when he came to America for a six-month work placement. During those first talks all the way to now, we have focused on two dreams: Mine, to travel and his, to restore an old vehicle. Saying our dreams aloud somehow welded them together and that is when the idea of overhauling an old motorhome came to be. Here, we purchased a rare 1965 Clark Cortez -- the first motorhome in America with front-wheel drive. We are working to renovate it -- doing all the work ourselves -- before we hit the road!
