Opportunity providers at "JobSuccess 2026": People. Opportunities. Inclusion. In Bavaria's working world. How can true inclusion be achieved in the labor market? The "JobSuccess – People with Disabilities in the Workplace" award recognizes Bavarian employers who not only promise inclusion but live it every day. Their commitment opens up new perspectives, strengthens social cohesion, and encourages new approaches. In 2026, outstanding companies and organizations were honored in four categories. The award is presented jointly by Holger Kiesel, the Bavarian State Government's Commissioner for the Interests of People with Disabilities, and the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs.
