Eye in the Sky - Alan Parsons Project Cover

This was a song that I had re-discovered early last year. I was listening to a band called HSCC, which is a south Australian cover band, and I've been following these guys for years. They're all great musicians and the vocals these guys are producing are amazing, because they're all great singers as well. When I heard this song from HSCC, I went searching for the original, and the minute I heard the original version from the Alan Parsons Project it brought back a tonne of memories of being in our old house and hanging out with my friends. The strange thing is that the original version and the HSCC version are completely different but the same. HSCC gave this song a little heavier rock, which I absolutely love so I recorded this song in the same vein, and gave this a little heavier rock feel while trying to keep the vocals and harmonies in a way that still represented the Alan Parsons Project original.
