Is this Cebu in the Philippines?so burning hot?

Going to each country in the world!I am still in the Philippines.But I am gonna leave islands and have a look at the city. As a 'fake tourist',I never take my travel as to enjoy my life.As travel goes on,I just wanna experience more about this country and its people.And people matters a lot gradually in my heart.I took myself as a outsider to see if the people are having a good life in this country and if yes,I will enjoy more about the tourist view and enjoy my time there.If no,I wanna show it to the world.
