BFDI:TPOT, but the votes are a digit of pi (Part 1)

I originally wanted to do this as one big video, but then I thought the team swap in TPOT 12 was a good stopping point. Pi is an irrational number which is equal to the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. Basically, the votes are replaced with their corresponding digit of pi.
