DJ GIG LOG: I Flew to Florida to DJ a $100K New Year’s Eve Party

I flew from New Jersey down to Florida and back in just 24 hours to DJ a New Year’s Eve 2026 corporate party for my friends ‪@irockus‬ and it just happened to be the night I hit I also hit 100K subscribers on YouTube. This was a massive event and had everything, from an LED wall, LED dance floor, video projection mapping, intelligent lighting and uplighting, to a full line array sound system. This was one of the biggest DJ setups I’ve ever worked with and it was also my first time DJing on the Pioneer DJ FLX10, so I walk through the gear, the setup, the travel day, and what it’s actually like to work a high end destination DJ gig at this scale.
