"You Will Be Found" - Dear Evan Hansen at Easter Bonnet Competition 2017

At the 31st Annual Easter Bonnet Competition, the cast of Dear Evan Hansen parodied their show’s anthem “You Will Be Found” with the tale of a lonesome Easter egg, hidden and never found after this year’s egg hunt. The egg finds solace in the accepting arms of the Broadway community, with special nods to a dozen current shows. The performance features Michael Lee Brown, Laura Dreyfuss, Mike Faist, Rachel Bay Jones, Kristolyn Lloyd, Garrett Long, Michael Park, Ben Platt, Olivia Puckett, Will Roland, Colton Ryan and Asa Somers. The 31st Annual Easter Bonnet Competition was presented April 24 and 25, 2017 at the Minskoff Theatre. The production featured performances and 20 exquisite, handmade bonnets, created and presented by some of Broadway and Off-Broadway’s most popular shows. *** Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS unites theatre artists with theatre lovers to help those in need. Broadway Cares helps men, women and children across the country and across the street receive life saving medications, healthcare, nutritious meals, counseling and emergency financial assistance. Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS awards grants to more than 450 AIDS and family service organizations in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Washington D.C. and is the largest single financial supporter of the social service programs of The Actors Fund, helping everyone in entertainment and the performing arts.
