This is a first amendment audit of the district E police department of Buffalo New York. AEC film the rear police lot and was asked what are you doing by officer Harrison. He told AEC "Naa that's not going to happen" to taking photos of the rear lot and cars! The lieutenant came out quickly to stop this officer from Violating Erie County Fam's rights! If it was not for the supervisor coming out an correcting the patrolman who knows what would have happened. AEC was free to film the police station an cars with a Lieutenant escort.
