This is Yoshimi Hidaka, owner and chef of Ristorante Acquapazza. This video is a news report from Aquamare. We'll be introducing the collaboration menu for the special exhibition "New Born: Ryoji Arai," currently being held at the Yokosuka Museum of Art. In 2005, Ryoji Arai (1956-), the first Japanese to receive the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Prize in Literature, known as the Nobel Prize for children's literature, gained international acclaim. He is a picture book author and an artist whose work spans a wide range of fields, including illustration, painting, music, and stage design. As a collaboration menu, Aquamare will be offering, for a limited time only, "Grilled fish made with dashi, a local summer dish from Yamagata Prefecture!" in honor of the fact that both Arai and Aquamare's chef, Chef Sugai, are from Yamagata Prefecture.
