The first is that more and more roof cables are now attached to the compression ring, awaiting tensioning. In addition, progress continues on the façade and the exterior staircases, especially on Amics del Corpus Street. Meanwhile, we can confirm that work has already begun on the commercial building adjacent to the stadium. These projects will proceed concurrently, although they will not be carried out by the same company: while FCC continues with the construction of the Nou Mestalla, BECSA will be in charge of the commercial building. It will be important for the commercial buildings to reach street level to facilitate the stadium's opening and the development of the surrounding area.
