Hayashi's pretty easy to beat in the 1st phase with the southpaw bracelet, in his pipe phase (the 2nd phase) you can easily I-frame his ass, grab him behind into the wall and do a heat action that rewards you with tons of damage and then in his 3rd phase (it's the same as the 1st phase but with super armor) which can be a menace for Hayashi so go for the Komaki parry, the tiger drop and the dodges so you can grab punch combo from behind and finish him off with "Feel the Heat!" once his health hits at a certain point.
