The Chelsea district, packed with galleries, garnered rave reviews from discerning New Yorkers, who commented, "Nobuyo's art is filled with light and air." Nobuyo was born and raised in a land rich in nature, with endless flower fields. Her primal landscapes of starry skies and dancing butterflies are the inspiration for her colorful and gorgeous style. Her encounter with Japanese painting was inevitable. These mineral pigments are made from crushed gems and minerals. They are just like the star fragments that fascinated him as a child. Minerals, mulberry paper, water, and glue. Japanese paintings, created using natural materials, evoke a sense of connection to the universe. In recent years, Nobuyo has been presenting works based on the theme "Blooming of a New World." Flowers bloom in space. The seeds of these flowers scatter, and from there a new universe begins. Flowers are a symbol of the birth of new life. Having experienced the days of the pandemic, Nobuyo creates his works with the hope that the new world will be filled with happiness. Graduated from Nagoya College of Art and Design's Japanese Painting Course and completed his Japanese Painting major at the same college. He has been painting Japanese paintings for over 30 years since then. He has exhibited his works in numerous solo and art exhibitions. He has a collector in New York. As a member of the art organization Toka-kai, he serves as a judge for open exhibitions. He is also participating as an artist in the Old House Restoration Project.
