Patriot Pride Marching Band -- State Contest 2023

The Marion Patriot Pride Band concluded its 2023 marching season November 1 at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock by earning a First Division Rating at the State Marching Contest for the first time in school history. Performing their show entitled, "Teased," the band also earned sixth place overall in Class 6A. This season has seen tremendous growth in the Marion Patriot Pride Band, with 160 members performing. Other accomplishments by the band this season include: Grand Champions -- Mid-South Marching Invitational Finalist, fourth overall -- Gibson County Marching Invitational Third place overall -- Paragould Marching Invitational First Division (fourth consecutive) -- ASBOA Region Marching Assessment
