DIY Wedgie Sled: Perfect Segmented Rings on a Budget
In this video, I build a wedgie sled for my table saw to cut accurate segmented ring pieces for woodworking and segmented turning. I show the wooden sled build, the 3D printed parts used in the setup, how a wedgie sled works, and then use it to cut segments and lay out a ring. This jig makes it much easier to cut repeatable segments accurately, which is a huge help when building segmented rings for woodturning projects.
