Mizuma Livestock is a Tajima beef breeding farm located in Kami-cho, Mikata-gun, Hyogo Prefecture. The first-generation owner, Tatsuya Mizuma, is currently 26 years old, but he built his own barn and entered the business at the young age of 23. Raised in a salaryman family, Mr. Mizuma decided to become a cattle farmer at the age of 5. As a child, he would casually visit nearby livestock farms, and naturally, he became captivated by cows. It was there that he met Shinya Ueda, who would later become his mentor. His encounter with his mentor further deepened his passion for Tajima beef, and he steadily achieved his goals one by one in order to become a cattle farmer. This is the story of Mr. Mizuma, the first-generation owner, and his struggles as a new farmer and his dreams for the future.
