i gained weight (and i like it)

I've gained weight, and surprisingly, I like it. In this week's video, I reflect on how my fitness journey has evolved over the last two years—from gym workouts to outdoor training, home workouts, and everything in between. I'm learning that building a healthy lifestyle isn't about finding the perfect routine, but finding what works for me. I'm experimenting with training my lower body more, staying consistent with movement, and continuing to figure things out one step at a time. Thanks for being here. 🌿
