We started the day by opening our small store, doing household chores, washing clothes, and running errands in town. We also bought my father’s medicines and some farming supplies needed for our crops. The next day, we spent time at the farm, checked on our vegetables, and watched Aman and Kuya Arnel work on the field. We enjoyed a simple meal together while appreciating the beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Moments like these remind us that even busy days can be meaningful when spent with family.
