23 years ago, on March 23, 1998, Celine performed My Heart Will Go at the Oscars. That performance became an instant iconic Celine Dion performance. I've never remastered a video. AI programs can only do so much with videos that aren't the original source but I tried it and thought I'd share because there is some difference.
