This spot will make every kitesurfer, windsurfer, and wing foiler's heart beat faster. With the island of Magawish and its surrounding sandbanks, a true water playground for all types of surf spots opens up just outside Hurghada. Even though Hurghada as a city is a bit too crowded for me, the spot's affordable hotel definitely scores points. Perhaps it's also cheap because you really need to get some exercise; the fitness area is absolutely run down. However, I was extremely satisfied with the food and room.
