Walcot Hall The Powis Arms Campsite Review
With this video I visit The Powis Arms, in the Shropshire village of Lydbury North, staying at their Walcot Hall Campsite. The main camping site is directly to the rear of the Powis Arms and although relatively small it is well set up with a good Toilet/Shower block. There is an overflow camping field to the rear of the main campsite, all of which are good for camping. The Powis Arms is a traditional country pub and is located among the rolling Shropshire hills. It’s in a great location for motorcycling and is close to the Welsh border. On this trip I’m using my Naturehike Cloud Up2 tent, MSR Elixir2 tent, riding the Honda CB500X. The facilities are basic but clean and the showers are hot, the main camping field has good well cut grass with the overflow being a bit longer grass but both flat.
