Wallas XC Duo Camper Van Stove Heater | Problem Solving

How does Wallas diesel cooktop-heater work? Let me tell you 🚐 Now it works great, after some mysterious problems in the beginning of my van life era. This DIY installation shows: step-by-step method how to swap a new device in the camper kitchen, vital information regarding the diesel fuel lines and how to unlock the safety-lock in Wallas XC Duo stove-heater (after 2 failed ignitions/start-ups). Fuel line size (clear/transparent hoses): I thought that there is an universal style how to inform the inner and outer diameter of a fuel hose line, but there are at least two different ways to mark the size of a clear fuel line. Apparently, some manufacturers use "5*2 mm" where 5 mm is the outer diameter and 2 mm the inside diameter. Whereas, other suppliers use "4*1 mm" where 4 mm is the outside diameter and 1 mm is the wall thickness. This was important to me because I want my camper van to be legally allowed in in tunnels, ferries and parking lots in Europe. Besides EU countries, EU and EC approvals are also recognized in a number of other countries, such as Switzerland and Norway.
