I also show a situation that happened on the spot: a client asked me to clean the outside doors of the house, a service that is not in the contract and that she wanted for free. I explain how I set a limit right there, without drama, and offered a separate quote. And I also share a mistake I made the previous week, when I agreed to charge less than I'm worth for fear of losing a client — and why that won't happen again.
