CORVIN CASTLE : TRANSYLVANIA ROAD TRIP PART 7 | ROMANIA This video is showing you the highlights of our visit in the Corvin Castle. It is also known as the Hunyad Castle, Hunedoara Castle, Castelul Corvinilor, Corvineste Castle, Gothic-Renaissance Castle and Hunyadi Castle. This is the castle that I've waited for so long to visit. I also had high expectations from this castle because of its hype. A lot of people are really liking this castle and are saying a lot of good things about it. However, when we visited it, I was a bit disappointed. The castle is indeed beautiful and is very rich in history. There are things that I think that can be better if details were thought about. Firstly, it lacked more charm in the inside. Its is better if they put more visuals of history on how it was during its time. Since the castle is so large, it requires more visuals to justify the history more. It only has little to none in a big scale of space. Also, the little to none furnitures are so dusty. It is more obvious in grand table of the Diet hall. The dust is so thick. It looked like nobody dusted it for weeks. And the last thing is that they could give more simple but detailed label with a precise story on each site will be very helpful. Overall, we recommend the Corvin Castle to visited. Despite of little flaws, the history and architecture of this castle/fortress will fill you in.
