How to knit a HAT: "Northern Taurids" - an "inside out" unisex style ribbed hat. EASY, Step by step.

You can also use any other brand of yarn that you like, however I recommend to choose the yarn that can produce a bouncy rib. Size adjustment: The hat fits head sizes 55-58. For a larger head size (59-60) switch from 3.5 mm needle to 3.75 mm. For kids' sizes use a finer yarn and a smaller needle size. The number of stitches in the sections can be reduced by 4 stitches per section in either short sections only or in both short and long sections (16, 32 stitches and so on).
