This time, we went on a road trip to enjoy the spectacular scenery and gourmet food of northern Fukui Prefecture. On the first day, we left Fukui Station and drove along the coastline, visiting Tojinbo and a cafe on the shores of Lake Kitagata, before staying at a gourmet inn in Mikuni Onsen. On the second day, we visited Eiheiji Temple, the Dinosaur Museum, and the Echizen Great Buddha, which has been a hot topic on social media, and finally enjoyed Heisenji Hakusan Shrine, famous for its carpet of moss, and moss sweets.
