Tarta helada de yogur y mandarinas | #EscuelaDeCocina

Ingredients Base ● 250g chocolate cookies ● 130g melted butter ● 50g walnuts ● 1 tbsp sugar Filling ● 380g vanilla yogurt ● 130g sugar ● 150ml heavy cream ● 7g unflavored gelatin ● 35ml mandarin juice and zest ● Mandarin segments, for decoration ● Mandarin marmalade Preparation Process the cookies with the walnuts and add the sugar. Mix and incorporate the melted butter. Cover the base of a baking pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. For the filling: Mix the sugar with the yogurt, mandarin juice, and zest. Add the lightly whipped cream and finally the gelatin. Once hydrated, heat for 20 seconds in the microwave. Add the gelatin to the yogurt mixture and pour into a mold. Freeze for 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving and decorate with mandarin segments.
