Tutorial on Universal MultiModule building for DeviationTX

This tutorial is a step by step building log of the Universal Multi-Module (UMM) for deviationTX compatible transmitters. This module coupled with last Nightly Build permits to control up to 4 different RF chips and by consequence a lot of new protocols.
