For Theta and Delta tracks, these will work better with headphones but can be beneficial either way. For non-headphone use simple "calming rain" versions are most suitable. Go with what feels most comfortable for you. 💙 How often should I listen? As much as you like. Daily listening or looping overnight tends to give the best results. Timelines are different for everyone, but the more you listen the faster the results may be. Drink water, relax, and meditate in a state of openness or simply forget they are on in the background and let the subconscious mind absorb🔥 💜 Are there any negative side effects? All affirmations are positive, set in the present tense and designed to uplift. Always listen to your intuition and take breaks if needed. In general most affirmations will always be positive or neutral for any given track and there should never be any negative effects.
