In Ghost of Tsushima, you must find 10 locations with secret altars for the trophy. This guide shows you the secret altars you need to earn the trophy. What makes secret altars unique from other collectibles is that they aren't marked on the map with question marks. The game doesn't even tell you that they exist, much less where to find them. The hidden altars for the hidden trophy have a "bow sign" in front of them. When you reach this sign, you must swipe down on the touchpad. This will make you bow. When done correctly, it should trigger an effect at the location, such as insects flying around you, birds appearing, fish jumping in the water, etc. They don't unlock anything other than the trophy and don't even count as proper collectibles in the game's tracker. Some even count as hidden altars without the "bow sign," for example, various graves of story characters. As long as it triggers an environmental effect, it should count toward the trophy. To ensure 100% counting, only confirmed ones with a checkmark will be listed here. To ensure counting, you must have seen the environmental effect.
