SOFAST - 4 Tips to Pass Stage 1 (Illinois Agility Test)

The Illinois Agility Test needs to be run in 22 seconds or faster during the SOFAST test for BC Sheriffs. Although short in comparison to the other stages of the test, it is still important to maximize your chances of passing this section of the test. And there are 4 tips that will help you with that. Tip #1 - Start like a sprinter (0:10-1:36) Tip #2 - Accelerate fast by "pumping your arms" (1:38-3:22) Tip #3 - Tight weave through the middle (3:23-4:24) Tip #4 - Sprint past the final cone, don't slow down before it (4:31-5:18) Summary of tips: 5:19-5:48 To see a full run of the SOFAST, watch our full video here:    • SOFAST Test, Full Run (BC Sheriffs)   Need help preparing for your SOFAST?
