5 Bassins des Gorges de l'Alma - FDF - Martinique

📌 ➱ 2nd adventure at the Gorges de l'Alma, on the white river (part of the pitons du carbet), on the trace road between Fort-de-France and Morne Rouge. This time, access through the forest to the alley and then up 5 successive pools. Very difficult aquatic hike. 💬 ➱ Back on this famous route of the Gorges de l'Alma (which I like very much), with a rope this time and surrounded by a team of confirmed and valiant hikers! Again, difficult to find the right information about this hike, which is usually done in canyoning and in the opposite direction (downhill). So we advance a little blind without knowing what is waiting for us nor the total duration of the expedition. Start of the hike at 1:00 pm, return around 6:00 pm... a big thank you to all the participants. ℹ ➱ 1st part of the video synchronized with music (free of charge, huh...) and 2nd part almost unedited to make you feel a little bit the difficulties of climbing with bare hands and the good atmosphere that reigned despite the physical fatigue that quickly builds up when making this kind of effort.
