Milwaukee Courthouse ACA P-50 Tornado Siren Test (Statewide Tornado Drill 4-19-12)

3 minute alert test of the ACA P-50 mounted on top of the Milwaukee County Courthouse in Downtown Milwaukee. I apologize for the wind and rain, the weather got really crappy about 3 minutes before the test (I got soaked using my jacket trying to shield the camera from rain and wind). The seagulls seemed to enjoy it, though. Recorded from the top of the Wells St. Parking Structure, about 4 blocks away.
