Painting Rotor Hats & Mud Flaps On My C6 Corvette
Affiliate link to materials used in this video: https://amzn.to/418bXIV In this video I’m cleaning up some of the small details on my supercharged C6 Corvette. The mud flaps were faded and the rotor hats were starting to show surface rust, so it was time to refresh everything properly. I go step by step through the prep work, masking, sanding, and painting process to give the brakes and lower aero a cleaner, more finished look. These aren’t huge power mods, but details like this make a big difference when you’re building a car the right way. If you’re dealing with rusty rotor hats or faded plastic on your Corvette, this is a simple weekend project that instantly improves the appearance.
