We set off with our bikes, weighed down by numerous panniers, to discover a part of Europe that has long attracted us. The journey to Denmark wasn't exactly relaxing, but when you're away for a month, you can easily accept a 24-hour bus ride. We'll take full advantage of the right of access to nature enshrined in the constitutions of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
